Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned and refund. These non-returnable and non-refundable items:

  • Customized Products: If we do any customization then item will not re-sell if the customer return it.
  • Bulk Purchase: Any purchase of 3 or more items, will require us to run special production session for the non-popular products. If customer return the bulk purchased items then we those products remain non-sell able. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send the product only to our advised address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original packaging or missed internal packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item damaged during return shipping due to poor return packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days of receiving the return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again before contacting us.

If we confirm that the refund has been processed from our side and you still haven’t receive your refunds then contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time at banks which vary for each financial institution.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are damaged, and we offer return shipping only to exchange the items. If you receive the item damaged then Contact Us as soon as you receive the shipment.

Gifts

If the item was purchased using gift credits then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Prior to returning your product, please contact us via Live chat on website, phone 1300 052 774, or email: accounts@jarrilights.com.au. You should mail your product to our advised address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please return using a trackable shipping service. Provided that the return address is correctly written, product will be considered return once it is marked as Delivered by your shipping service.
